It was 7:48 a.m. on a rainy Tuesday when Marco called me.

Marco wasn’t lazy. He wasn’t failing. He simply hadn’t made the shift.

So we worked on it. Weekly reflections. Delegation with intention. Empowering his team. Within 90 days, he reclaimed his time, scaled his systems, and most importantly, started feeling like a leader again.

Ask Yourself:

• Am I leading my team, or just helping them get their work done?
• Do I spend most of my day working in or working on the business?
• Who do I need to become to truly lead this next chapter?
